Shipping & Delivery Policy - YIYINGART


I. Basic Order Information


  1. Shipping Origin

    Shipping location: We will ship your order from our location in Asia on the valid date.
  2. Order Processing Time

    Packages will be dispatched within 4–8 business days after order placement.
  3. Tracking Information Notification

    A confirmation email containing tracking details will be sent to your registered email address upon payment confirmation. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folder first (it may have been filtered by your email system). Contact us immediately if the email is still not found.
  4. Estimated Delivery Time

    Orders are typically delivered within 4–7 weeks (delivery may take longer in certain countries; contact us for assistance if you have any questions). Feel free to reach out to us at any time if your package does not arrive as scheduled.
  5. Shipping Method Notes

    Delivery times vary by shipping method, and are also subject to your location and the package origin.

II. Shipping Address Change Policy


YIYINGART is committed to processing orders promptly to ensure the fast delivery of premium lighting fixtures. Therefore, we have implemented the following strict policy for shipping address modifications:

  1. Guaranteed Window for Address Changes

    Customers may request an address change within 3 calendar days of submitting the original order:
    • Within 3 days (Free & Guaranteed): If you submit your request within this period, we can usually intercept the package before the carrier processes the address change, with no additional fees incurred.
    • After 3 days (Attempt Only, Fees May Apply): Requests made after the 3-day guaranteed window will be handled on a best-effort basis only. At this stage, the order may have already been transferred to our fulfillment partner or carrier, and we cannot guarantee a 100% successful address modification. For urgent or major address changes, please contact our customer service team immediately at: support@yiyingart.com.

  2. Liability & Fees for Address Changes After Payment

    Changing the shipping address becomes extremely difficult once the package has been picked up by the carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx) and entered the shipping process, and usually incurs substantial rerouting or interception fees set by the carrier. The following policy applies if a customer requests an address change after the order has been shipped (i.e., after carrier pickup):
    • Customer Liability: The customer shall bear all costs, fees, and surcharges associated with rerouting, interception, or address correction executed by the carrier.
    • Fee Collection: YIYINGART will invoice the buyer for the aforementioned fees, providing a detailed breakdown of the total cost for the address change. Payment must be completed before the carrier processes the rerouting or final delivery.
    • Handling of Delivery Failures: If the customer refuses to pay the rerouting fee, the carrier will return the package to YIYINGART. In such cases, the original shipping fee and carrier’s return fee will be deducted from the final refund issued to the customer.


Important Note: To avoid additional fees and order fulfillment delays, please carefully verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.

III. Regional Shipping Details


  1. Standard Shipping Notes

    All packages are shipped via standard shipping by default. If you require expedited shipping service, please contact our customer service team in advance.
  2. United States & Canada
    • Orders to Canada are typically delivered within 28–40 days.
    • Orders to the United States are typically delivered within 20–30 days.

  3. Australia & New Zealand

    Free shipping is available for all orders. Shipping time options are as follows:
    • Standard Shipping: 25–50 days
    • EMS Shipping: 15–20 days (including processing time)


Special Note: All our products are made-to-order or produced in batches. Please check the delivery time specified on each product description page, as some custom-made items may require a production and delivery cycle of up to 12 weeks.

Additional Note: Due to high import tariffs imposed by the U.S. on imported goods, a shipping surcharge is required for all products exported to the United States to cover international shipping costs. The specific shipping fee can be viewed on the checkout page.

IV. Order Tracking Methods


You can check your order tracking information using one of the following two methods:

  1. Contact us via email or our Contact Us page, and we will reply to you with the detailed package tracking record via email.
  2. Check the package tracking status directly through our Track Order Status page.

V. Supported Shipping Countries/Regions


We currently offer shipping to the following countries and regions:

Canada, United States, Mexico, Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and all Asian countries and regions (including Taiwan Region and Hong Kong Region of China).

VI. Tariff & Tax Information


In most cases, our packages do not require the payment of VAT when clearing customs. However, for high-value orders or special cases, we may need to provide additional information to customs and cooperate with buyers to submit the necessary documents. Please note that each destination country/region has a different minimum value threshold for imported goods before import tariffs are imposed.

Import tariffs, taxes, and other related fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee; such fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

VII. Changes to Estimated Delivery Date


If delivery cannot be made on the originally estimated date and/or time due to events beyond the control of YIYINGART or our shipping partners, we or our partners will notify you of a reasonable adjustment to the estimated delivery date. Delivery is deemed complete once the product is shipped to the address provided by you.

If we are unable to deliver your product within 90 days, we will take the following measures:

  1. Notify you promptly;
  2. Cancel your order;
  3. Process a full refund for you.

If your country/region is not listed in the supported shipping destinations above, you may send an email to support@yiyingart.com to inquire about shipping fees for your specific country/region.

VIII. Other Delivery-Related Information


  1. Express Shipping Option

    Express shipping is available at an additional cost. Please send us an email with your order information and destination, and we will calculate a customized shipping fee for you.
  2. Average Order Processing Time

    Estimated processing time for regular orders: 4–7 working days; Special customized products may require an additional 1–3 weeks of processing time.
  3. Special Delivery Restrictions
    • Local import tariffs and taxes may be levied based on individual products, materials, or price thresholds, with specific standards varying by country/region. We cannot predict or collect such fees in advance; if payment is required by the destination country, the buyer is responsible for settling the fees.
    • We do not ship to PO boxes, APO (Army Post Office)/FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses.
    • Due to the nature of our business, some orders may be split into multiple packages for shipping.
    • Some products are made-to-order; please check the corresponding product page for production/shipping lead times.

  4. Countries/Regions Not Supported for Shipping

    We currently do not ship to the following countries/regions: Algeria, Angola, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Republic of South Africa, Djibouti, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Syria, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Mauritius, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, Rwanda, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, Sudan, Tanzania, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
