Return & Exchange Policy Supplement
This policy applies specifically to all lighting fixtures sold on yiyingart.com globally.
1. Return Eligibility Window and Notification
Returns are accepted for up to 14 calendar days from the delivery date (based on carrier tracking) on eligible, **uninstalled** items.
You must inform us via email at support@yiyingart.com before initiating a return, only in the following cases:
- Received Wrong Item: Product received does not match the item ordered.
- Damaged on Arrival (DOA): Item or its packaging arrived damaged, broken, or not as expected. (Please take photographic evidence of the damage and shipping box immediately.)
- Defects/Missing Parts: Item has manufacturing defects, electrical faults, or is missing essential components.
- Delivery Issues: Delivery exceeded stated time, or shipper did not permit inspection before payment.
2. Mandatory Product Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a full refund, the product(s) must strictly meet the following criteria. Due to the fragile and electrical nature of lighting fixtures, these requirements are strictly enforced.
General Condition
- The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged, and unworn/uninstalled.
- The item(s) must be safely packed in a sturdy carton box for protection during transport (we recommend using the original shipping box).
Lighting-Specific Requirements (Crucial)
- No Installation or Modification: The fixture must not show any signs of attempted installation (e.g., scratches, scuffs). Returns are void if the electrical wiring has been cut, stripped, or altered.
- Original Components: All integrated LED drivers, bulbs (if originally included), glass shades, crystal pieces, mounting hardware, and instruction manuals must be present, undamaged, and complete.
- Original Packaging: Must be returned using the original, specialty foam or protective inserts designed to prevent damage to fragile components during transit.
3. Exclusions (Items Not Eligible for Return)
- Any item that has been installed, wired, cut, or modified.
- Custom-made or bulk project orders (e.g., for hotels, villas, or multi-unit developments).
- Items returned without prior email notification and return authorization from Dekorfine.
Failure to meet these conditions may result in the return being refused or a restocking fee being applied.
